Born 1946, I am married, and have three children and grandchildren. Live and work in house/studio in SE England, and apartment/studio in N Thailand. I have taught art & design in the UK, and Papua New Guinea; as head of art, head of the expressive arts. I have painted since I was 11, and exhibited since I was 16; in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Thailand.Born 1946.

My paintings, in water-based mediums on papers and canvas,are non-representational in inception, engage the visual senses through sequences and rhythms of colour, shape, gesture, and mark.
From simple line drawings, the paintings develop through arbitrary working processes.
The working surface being a physical, and visual, arena for each painting in realising its visual composition.
